Global home technology leader strengthens its presence at MLP Pruszków I
A proven location, flexible solutions and a long-term partnership underpin Electrolux Poland’s decision to continue its cooperation with MLP Group. One of the world’s leading home technology manufacturers has extended its lease at MLP Pruszków I, strengthening its operational presence at one of the key logistics facilities near Warsaw and confirming its long-term growth plans in the Polish market.

Electrolux Poland has signed a new lease extension agreement at MLP Pruszków I, retaining 26,678 sqm of warehouse space and 310 sqm of modern office space. The facility has for years played a key role in supporting the company’s logistics operations, providing an efficient base for the distribution of products to both domestic and international markets.

Electrolux has been cooperating with MLP Group since 2013. The lease extension at MLP Pruszków I confirms the long-term nature of this relationship, as well as the company’s trust in the solutions offered and the quality of service provided.

MLP Pruszków I offers nearly 170,000 sqm of modern warehouse and light production space, currently occupied by almost 40 tenants. Over more than 20 years of operation, the park has evolved into a self-contained business community with its own internal infrastructure.

The complex is located within a fenced and 24/7 secured area. The site features electric and hybrid vehicle charging points powered entirely by photovoltaic energy, as well as a city bike rental station.

The park also provides significant opportunities for future expansion for its clients and offers a high proportion of parking spaces, supporting both current operations and long-term growth.
