Europe Distribution Group – a global partner in the comprehensive design, production, and delivery of cosmetics, bath additives, laundry detergents, and cleaning products – has leased 7,500 sqm of modern space at the MLP Wrocław logistics centre. The tenant was supported in the transaction by the commercial real estate agency Sawitar Estate Broker.
Europe Distribution Group (EDG) has signed a lease agreement with MLP Group for approximately 7,500 sqm of space in the MLP Wrocław logistics complex. Of this, about 7,300 sqm will be designated for warehouse purposes, while the remaining area will be used for modern office and social facilities. According to the schedule, the completed facility will be handed over at the beginning of next year, while the tenant will gain access to the space under the so-called early access scheme as early as the beginning of June this year.

MLP Wrocław is a complex built on a 13-hectare plot of land. The logistics park consists of 5 warehouse buildings with a total area of 66,228 sqm. Selected buildings have been awarded the prestigious BREEAM certification. The logistics park is located in the Psie Pole district in the northeastern part of Wrocław, just 14 km from the city center. A major advantage is its proximity to the national road E67 and the S8 expressway, which connects Wrocław with Warsaw.
