Cordon Electronics Polska joins MLP Pruszków II
The electronics and logistics company has signed a lease for approximately 5,100 sqm of space in the MLP Pruszków II warehouse complex. Cordon Electronics Polska is set to fully occupy the new facility from December this year. The transaction was facilitated by 88 Group.

MLP Group has finalised a new long-term lease at its MLP Pruszków II logistics centre. Cordon Electronics Polska has secured a total of 5,100 sqm, with 5,000 sqm dedicated to warehousing and 130 sqm for a modern office space. As per the lease contract, the tenant will gain full access to the new facility in December 2024. The transaction was brokered by 88 Group.

Cordon Electronics Polska is part of the global Cordon Group, offering services such as electronics equipment maintenance and repair, reverse logistics, supply chain management, and e-commerce logistics.

MLP Pruszków II is a modern logistics centre located in the municipality of Brwinów near Warsaw, five kilometres from Pruszków. It is the largest complex of its type in the region, with a target lease area of over 424,000 sqm. The buildings have been awarded the prestigious BREEAM certification. In line with MLP Group’s ESG strategy, solar PV systems are mounted on rooftops.

MLP Pruszków II has well-developed transport links with central Warsaw as well as the main arteries connecting the capital with other cities. The park is located between local road No. 760 and the A2 motorway, three kilometres from the junction in the Pruszków-Żbików area. The international railway lines located in the hub’s vicinity make for excellent logistics conditions for both domestic and international distribution. There is a bus stop on the premises as well as a Nextbike self-service bike rental station.
