The MLP Gliwice project was started in 2017 and completed at the end of the second quarter of 2020. It comprises three modern class A warehouse facilities with a total leasable space of 44,377 m2. Its first tenant is Żabka Polska, the largest chain of convenience stores. It uses warehouse space of approximately 25,000 m2, of which approximately 4,000 m2 are cold rooms and freezer rooms. Another 11,000 m2 has been leased to Just in Time, a logistics outsourcer which uses the warehouse space primarily for storing goods. Another tenant at MLP Gliwice is InPost, Poland’s largest independent logistics operator providing modern services to retail and institutional customers, including comprehensive services for the e-commerce industry.
InPost, MLP Group’s customer since 2019, leases in aggregate more than 26,000 m2 of modern space in three key locations in Poland. In the MLP Gliwice logistics complex, it has just accepted a project executed on a build-to-suit basis, equipped with cross-dock areas for efficient unloading, picking and handling of courier shipments.
We are very active in Upper Silesia. This region has recently seen robust economic growth driven by, among other things, good transport infrastructure and qualified staff. We operate two parks here –MLP Gliwice, which has just been fully commercialized, and MLP Czeladź, which still shows great potential for expansion, by approximately 50,000 m2,” stressed Agnieszka Góźdź, Head of Sales at MLP Group S.A.

In its parks MLP Group introduces many pro-environmental solutions which are very much welcome by both current and potential future tenants. In accordance with the standard followed by MLP Group, all new projects and the space just handed over to InPost are BREEAM certified. Green projects are not only environmentally, but – most of all – user friendly.
MLP Gliwice is located in Szałsza in the Zbrosławice municipality, only 6 km north of the centre of Gliwice. It is situated at the Zabrze Zachód junction, which connects the A1 motorway (running from the Gdańsk-Gdynia-Sopot agglomeration to Łódź and further to the border with the Czech Republic) with national road No. 78 (running from Gliwice to the Katowice Airport). This excellent location makes MLP Gliwice an attractive place for various businesses.
