MLP Pruszków II is a modern logistics center that we continue to develop in line with the principles of sustainable growth. We are confident that its location, flexible space solutions, and eco-friendly features – such as photovoltaic installations and BREEAM certification – meet the expectations of even the most demanding logistics companies – said Agnieszka Góźdź, Management Board Member and Chief Development Officer at MLP Group S.A.
– I am pleased to have supported cargo-partner in the negotiations to extend and expand its lease at MLP Pruszków II. This is a clear indication that the warehouse flexibility and high standards of the facility align with the real needs of a dynamically growing logistics company. From the tenant’s perspective, key factors included the optimal location of the park – proximity to the motorway and Warsaw, while still allowing efficient access to both air and sea transport – along with the ability to quickly expand the space in line with projected volume growth. Additionally, BREEAM certification and photovoltaic installations were important, as they reflect cargo-partner’s ESG strategy. Thanks to the trust placed in us by MLP Group representatives, the negotiation process went smoothly, and the final agreement ensures full operational flexibility for our client in the years to come – added Piotr Wojnarowicz at Renthis Estate.
