Avery moves into MLP Pruszków II

The producer and distributor of labels and self-adhesive materials leased 13,300 square meters of warehouse space in the MLP Pruszków II logistics park. The new facility will be delivered to Avery Dennison Polska in May 2018. The advisor in the deal was Cushman & Wakefield.

Avery Dennison Polska Sp. z o.o. signed a contract with MLP Group to lease over 13,300 square meters of warehouse space in the MLP Pruszków II logistics park. The total area of the building will be approx. 36,000 square metres. The facility will be earmarked for production and warehousing purposes. The new facility in the MLP Pruszków II park is scheduled to be delivered to the tenant by the end of Q2 2018. The advisor in the deal was Cushman & Wakefield.

The MLP Pruszków II logistics center is situated in the vicinity of Warsaw in the municipality of Brwinów, some 5 km from Pruszków. This park is spread over a total of 67 hectares and ultimately should encompass 260 thousand square meters. MLP Pruszków II has well-developed transport routes to the center of Warsaw and the main motorways connecting the capital to other cities. The park is located between local road no. 760 and a section of the A2 motorway, some 3 km from the Pruszków-Żbików entrance and exit ramp. International rail lines run close to the park, thereby supporting logistics for domestic and international distribution.
