MLP Group SA handed over the completed warehouse facility to Auto Partner in the MLP Pruszków II logistics park on schedule. In total, this tenant will use more than 7,000 square meters of modern warehouse space, with close to 600 square meters for social and office purposes. Auto Partner SA intends to open a distribution center in this new facility.
Execution of this investment lasted roughly 6 months in total. Construction work started in September of last year and ended at the turn of the year. The last several weeks were dedicated to finishing work, obtaining the occupancy permit and completing technical acceptance.
In February of this year, Auto Partner SA acquired an additional 11,500 square meters in the logistics park in Bieruń. 10,800 square meters of that space is for warehousing purposes while more than 600 square meters are used for offices. As a result, this company has extended the space it uses in Bieruń to more than 28 thousand square meters. At present, Auto Partner SA is using a total of more than 35,000 square meters. Since October 2015, Deka Immobilien has been the owner of the logistics park in Bieruń for which MLP Group was the industrial developer that built the new facility for Auto Partner SA.
Auto Partner S.A. specializes in the import and distribution of spare parts for passenger cars and delivery trucks, motorcycles, scooters and audio and television equipment. This company was established in 1993 and has grown rapidly since then. In June 2016, the company was floated on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
The MLP Pruszków II logistics center is situated in the vicinity of Warsaw in the municipality of Brwinów, some 5 km from Pruszków. This park is spread over a total of 67 hectares and ultimately should encompass 280 thousand square meters. MLP Pruszków II has well-developed transport routes to the center of Warsaw and the main motorways connecting the capital to other cities. The park is located between local road no. 760 and a section of the A2 motorway, some 3 km from the Pruszków-Żbików entrance and exit ramp. International rail lines run close to the park, thereby supporting logistics for domestic and international distribution.
The logistics park in Bieruń is a modern distribution center offering warehouse and production space operating in a Special Economic Zone. Ultimately, it will have 55,000 square meters of warehousing space in 2 buildings. The park in Bieruń is located 7 km from the center of Tychy next to national highway no. 44 and the S1 expressway that leads to the border with the Czech Republic.
