A European distributor and importer of spare parts for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles has extended and expanded its lease contract for space in MLP Pruszków II.

Auto Partner S.A. has inked a deal with MLP Group S.A. to prolong its lease contract and take up additional space of over 4,300 sqm, comprising ca. 3,800 sqm of warehouse space and 490 sqm of staff amenities and office facilities. The deal takes the distributor’s total space at the logistics park to almost 13,000 sqm. Once finished, the facility will be handed over on April 1st 2021. Auto Partner S.A. has been working with MLP Group since 2016. The space will be tailored specifically to the client’s needs.

Auto Partner S.A. is a fast-growing importer and distributor of spare parts for passenger cars, light commercial vehicles and motorcycles, with a 27-year presence in the European market. The company operates as a sales (mainly e-commerce) and logistics platform for just-in-time supplies of spare parts to dispersed customers, mainly repair shops and automotive retailers.

‘The continued relationship and lease expansion for additional space at our logistics park are a testament to MLP Group’s ability to meet client expectations. Our flexible cooperation with tenants consists, among other things, in optimally adjusting the size of the leased space to suit their needs. A prime location, good infrastructure and expansion potential are the hallmarks of all our projects,’ said Tomasz Pietrzak, Senior Leasing Manager at MLP Group S.A.

‘As the scale of our business is growing fast, we have resolved to expand our warehouse space in Pruszków from 8,500 sqm to almost 13,000 sqm. The Group has over 100,000 sqm of warehouse space today. MLP Group creates modern warehouse space ideally suited to our needs. We have used MLP parks for years,’ said Andrzej Manowski, Vice President of Auto Partner S.A.

With a target leasable space of about 309,000 sqm (of which nearly 200,000 sqm has already been completed), it will be the region’s largest logistics complex. Thanks to its flexible ability to cater to individual tenant needs, the centre can meet the requirements of clients representing various industries. MLP Pruszków II has well-developed transport links with central Warsaw as well as the main arteries connecting the capital with other cities. The park is located between local road No. 760 and the A2 motorway, three kilometres from the junction in the Pruszków-Żbików area. The international railway lines located in the hub’s vicinity make for excellent logistics conditions both for domestic and international distribution.
