MLP Group is planning execution of another large logistic park. The project, currently under preparation, involves construction of four facilities with the aggregated space of nearly 120,000 square meters. The logistic park will be developed on a plot with the surface area of 19 hectares.
The logistic center will be located near Poznań, in the Western part of the city. The planned facilities will have excellent transportation access from Poznań and the rest of Poland. They are developed near the S11 express road (Dąbrówka junction), only 6 kilometers away from the A2 motorway. The distance to the Poznań Ławica airport is just 11 kilometers and about 17 kilometers to the Poznań city center.
“We are responding to our clients’ demands – the planned logistic park has a perfect location, especially for companies distributing their products to Western European countries” – said Radosław T. Krochta, President of the MLP Group S.A. Management Board.
The planned logistic park will be the second MLP center in this part of Poland. The first one is MLP Poznań developed in Koninko, which will ultimately provide over 90,000 square meters.
Currently, the property portfolio of the MLP Group includes seven logistics parks located in Poland: MLP Pruszków I, MLP Pruszków II, MLP Poznań, MLP Lublin, MLP Wrocław, MLP Gliwice and MLP Teresin. There are also plans to launch projects in Łódź and another one in Upper Silesia this year. MLP Group’s target warehousing space is nearly 1 million square meters.
