Stokrotka Sp. z o.o., the Emperia Group’s retail arm, has signed an agreement with the MLP Group to enlarge the amount of modern space it leases in the MLP Lublin logistics park by another 5,700 square meters. Slightly more than 100 square meters of the extended space will be used as office space. Our agreement also provides for additional parking places for trucks and passenger cars. The commissioned space is slated to be delivered in November of this year.
Stokrotka has been a MLP Group client for nearly two years. It moved into the MLP Lublin logistics park at the end of 2015. It currently uses approx. 6,000 square meters of warehouse and office space. After handing over the additional facilities, the space used by this retail chain will total approx. 11,900 square meters. 11,300 square meters of this space will be used for warehousing purposes while the other 600 square meters will be used for office purposes.

The Stokrotka retail chain currently operates over 350 supermarkets and stores located in residential areas, mini-malls and shopping centers across Poland. More store openings are in the pipeline.
