Dachser signed a contract with MLP Group to extend the lease of nearly 7,900 square meters of space in the MLP Pruszków II logistics park. Out of that, more than 7,100 square meters is used for warehousing purposes and the additional 790 square meters is used as social and office space.
Dachser has been cooperating with MLP Group since 2012. – We have been using the warehouse space of MLP Group for many years. Dachser is a global logistics operator. It has 8 branches in Poland, of which two operate in facilities owned by MLP Group. In addition to the MLP Pruszków II logistics park, the company also leases space in the MLP Poznań park.

The MLP Pruszków II logistics center is located in the vicinity of Warsaw, in the commune of Brwinów, 5 km from Pruszków. It is situated on a 72 ha plot of land to be used for warehouse space and light manufacturing with the park’s target space coming in at 285,000 square meters. Two access roads lead to this park. One of these roads is directly connected to the recently opened ring road around the village of Moszna.
MLP Pruszków II has well-developed road connections to the Warsaw city center and the main thoroughfares connecting the capital with other cities. The park is located between local road no. 760 and a section of the A2 motorway some 3 km from the Pruszków-Żbików traffic hub. There is also a Nextbike bicycle rental station in MLP Pruszków II. Employees also have convenient access as there is a bus stop located at the park. An international railway is located close to the park that offers excellent logistic conditions for domestic and international distribution.
