Ingram Micro has signed a contract to lease approximately 3,500m2 of modern commercial space at the MLP Pruszków II logistics park, including 3,240 m2 of warehouse space and 250 m2 of staff amenity and office space. The facility will be handed over to the tenant in February 2020.
The decision to relocate Ingram Micro to MLP Pruszków II was dictated by the company’s current needs. The customer was looking for larger warehouse and office space, and MLP responded to those expectations. MLP’s investment being developed near Pruszków provided significant flexibility to adapt the space to meet the customer’s specific requirements, which was a big advantage of this location – noted Norbert Kowalczyk, Consultant at Industrial Agency, JLL.
