Record deal for MLP Group: 42,000 sqm for Auto Partner at MLP Bieruń West
MLP Group continues to expand its logistics property portfolio, with the latest transaction with Auto Partner marking one of the company’s most significant leasing deals of 2026. Under the agreement, the tenant will occupy nearly 42,000 sqm, including approximately 600 sqm of modern office space. MLP Bieruń West, currently under development in Upper Silesia, will offer a total of 56,300 sqm of warehouse and office space upon completion. Strong interest in the project at this early stage of development confirms the attractiveness of its location and the potential of the logistics market in this part of Poland.

MLP Bieruń West is already approximately 75% leased, even though the project is still under construction. This confirms the effectiveness of our strategy and the strong demand for the space we offer. The new agreement marks the next stage of the cooperation between MLP Group and Auto Partner, which has continued uninterrupted since 2016. The European-scale automotive parts distributor currently leases space in three logistics parks: MLP Poznań West, MLP Pruszków II and MLP Zgorzelec. MLP Bieruń West will be the company’s fourth location within the MLP Group portfolio, strengthening its logistics base and distribution capabilities.

The new facility at MLP Bieruń West will be designed around the specific nature of Auto Partner’s operations, which include the distribution of a wide range of automotive parts and accessories, including products sold under its own MaXgear brand. The project includes mezzanines and the adaptation of the building for VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) system trucks, designed to operate in very narrow aisles between racks. These solutions will make efficient use of the available space, increase storage capacity and streamline order picking and distribution processes.
Handover of the facility to the tenant is scheduled for September 2027.
MLP Bieruń West is a new MLP Group logistics project being developed in Upper Silesia, near Tychy. The location provides convenient access to the regional road network. The park will be located directly next to national road no. 44, approximately 3.5 km from the planned junction of the S1 expressway. Once completed, MLP Bieruń West will offer approximately 56,300 sqm of modern warehouse space.
