MSX Elektronika joins MLP Pruszków I
MLP Pruszków I has secured another tenant. MSX Elektronika, a company specialising in contract electronics manufacturing, has leased more than 1,300 sqm of warehouse and office space. The new premises will be used, among other things, for electronics assembly and to support production and logistics processes. Handover of the space is scheduled for the first quarter of 2027. The tenant was advised by Maxon Nieruchomości throughout the leasing process.

MLP Pruszków I remains one of the most sought-after logistics centres in the region. Under the agreement, MSX Elektronika will occupy a total of more than 1,300 sqm in the park near Warsaw, including more than 1,080 sqm of warehouse space and over 245 sqm of office and staff facilities.

MSX Elektronika offers comprehensive manufacturing services, including SMT and THT assembly, component kitting, circuit testing and programming, and final assembly of devices. The new location will provide the company with space to run and further develop its manufacturing operations, as well as to store and handle components.

– MLP Pruszków I attracts companies from various sectors of the economy – both logistics operators and distributors and businesses engaged in advanced manufacturing. We are pleased that MSX Elektronika will be joining our tenants. We believe that the well-connected location, the functionality of the facility and the ability to tailor the space to the company’s specific operations will provide significant support for its further growth, – says Agnieszka Góźdź, Member of the Management Board and Chief Development Officer at MLP Group.

– The new location marks another important milestone in MSX Elektronika’s development. Over the coming year, we plan to increase our production capacity to meet the needs of both existing and future partners. When selecting the facility, our key priorities were the ability to adapt the space to the specific requirements of electronics manufacturing and to ensure efficient organisation of production, warehousing and logistics operations. Remaining in the Pruszków area also allows us to maintain a convenient location for our employees. The new premises will enable us to further optimise our processes and expand production while continuing to meet our customers’ stringent quality standards – said Marcin Szumski, President of the Management Board of MSX Elektronika.

The transaction between MSX Elektronika and MLP Group is an example of successful cooperation in which matching the property to the tenant’s needs and development plans was key. MLP Group is an experienced provider of warehouse and production space, with an excellent understanding of the needs of companies carrying out advanced operations. For MSX Elektronika, in turn, the new location represents an important step in its further development, providing the right facilities to scale up its operations and deliver new projects. We are confident that MLP will create very good conditions for the company’s further growth. We would like to thank both parties for their trust, strong commitment, professional approach and excellent cooperation at every stage of the transaction – comments Paweł Rąbkowski, Maxon Nieruchomości.

MLP Pruszków I is one of the most popular logistics centres in MLP Group’s portfolio. The complex is located just 19 km from Warsaw and, thanks to convenient access to expressways and motorways, offers excellent connections to the Warsaw metropolitan area and other regions of Poland. Another advantage of the park is the ongoing modernisation of its infrastructure.

MLP Pruszków I offers a total of almost 170,000 sqm of modern warehouse and production space, used by nearly 40 tenants. Over almost 30 years of operation, the park has grown into a complex with extensive internal infrastructure, resembling a small business town. The entire site is fenced and protected by 24/7 security. Facilities on site include charging points for electric and hybrid vehicles, powered 100% by energy from a photovoltaic installation, and a city bike rental station. The park also offers significant potential for further expansion for clients and an adequate number of parking spaces.
