Since 2011, the company has been a tenant at MLP Pruszków I, consistently extending its lease agreements for successive terms.
Under the recently signed lease agreement, the tenant will relocate its operations to a state-of-the-art facility at MLP Pruszków II, with handover scheduled for early June 2026. The client will occupy 4,050 sqm of warehouse space and 547 sqm of modern office space, designed in line with the highest standards of functionality and workplace comfort. MLP Pruszków II is a state-of-the-art logistics center located in the Brwinów municipality, approximately 5 km from Pruszków and in close proximity to Warsaw. It is the largest logistics complex in the region, with a target gross leasable area of 427,000 sqm.
Selected buildings have obtained prestigious BREEAM certification. In line with MLP Group’s ESG strategy, photovoltaic installations are being deployed across rooftop surfaces to enhance the park’s sustainability performance.
