Global logistics leader expands footprint at MLP Pruszków II
One of the world’s largest logistics operators has strengthened its long-standing partnership with MLP Group by relocating its operations to the adjacent MLP Pruszków II complex, the largest logistics hub in the region. The move follows 15 years of successful cooperation and reaffirms the company’s long-term commitment to the Polish market.

The global logistics company, providing highly specialized solutions for a wide range of industries worldwide, has maintained a strategic partnership with MLP Group for nearly 15 years. Since 2011, the company has been a tenant at MLP Pruszków I, consistently extending its lease agreements for successive terms.

Under the recently signed lease agreement, the tenant will relocate its operations to a state-of-the-art facility at MLP Pruszków II, with handover scheduled for early June 2026. The client will occupy 4,050 sqm of warehouse space and 547 sqm of modern office space, designed in line with the highest standards of functionality and workplace comfort. CBRE advised the tenant throughout the transaction process

Our long-standing cooperation is the best confirmation of the quality of the space we provide and our partnership-based approach to tenant relationships. The decision to relocate operations to MLP Pruszków II demonstrates that our clients grow alongside us and choose modern, sustainable solutions that support their long-term business goals – emphasizes Agnieszka Góźdź, Member of the Management Board and Chief Development Officer at MLP Group S.A

– This project represents another milestone in our client’s operational development strategy, enabling significant supply chain optimization and increased distribution efficiency. It is worth noting that this is a cross-dock logistics facility, and the entire leasing process was somewhat more complex than in the case of a standard warehouse property. The delivery of this project confirms the effective and long-term cooperation both with our client and with the developer, MLP Group – adds Marcin Janik, Director, Head of Industrial & Logistics Services for Southern Poland at CBRE

MLP Pruszków II is a state-of-the-art logistics center located in the Brwinów municipality, approximately 5 km from Pruszków and in close proximity to Warsaw. It is the largest logistics complex in the region, with a target gross leasable area of 427,000 sqm.

Selected buildings have obtained prestigious BREEAM certification. In line with MLP Group’s ESG strategy, photovoltaic installations are being deployed across rooftop surfaces to enhance the park’s sustainability performance.

The park also benefits from its prime location and well-developed transport infrastructure. The complex is situated between local road No. 760 and the A2 motorway, just 3 km from the Pruszków-Żbików interchange. Nearby international railway lines provide excellent conditions for both domestic and international distribution. On-site amenities include a bus stop and a self-service Nextbike station, supporting sustainable commuting options for employees.
