MLP Group strengthens its urban development portfolio, a new phase of MLP Business Park Poznań
MLP Group has commenced construction of three new buildings forming part of the MLP Business Park Poznań complex. The investment is being carried out without pre-let agreements in place, ensuring a high degree of flexibility in tailoring the space to the individual requirements of future tenants. WPIP has once again been appointed as the project’s general contractor, having previously successfully delivered several buildings that are already in operation.
The new phase includes the development of three modern office and showroom buildings with warehouse facilities and full supporting infrastructure. One of the buildings will offer a warehouse hall of nearly 4,000 sqm, complemented by a two-storey office component of approximately 1,400 sqm. The remaining two buildings will each feature warehouse halls of around 3,500 sqm, along with single-storey office space of approximately 700 sqm each.

MLP Business Park Poznań is an urban development located just 9 km from the city centre, at 18 Wołczyńska Street. Upon completion, the project will deliver a total of 49,900 sqm of modern space. One of the park’s key strengths is its prime location, offering convenient access both by car and public transport. The site benefits from immediate proximity to bus and tram stops, is located near the PKP Junikowo railway station, and lies just 2.5 km from the A2 motorway.
The prime location enables, among other things, fast and efficient last-mile logistics operations, while also providing an optimal setting for prestigious office space in close proximity to the city’s core.
