Uniq Logistic has decided to continue its cooperation with MLP Group, extending its lease agreements at two strategic logistics locations. At MLP Pruszków II, the tenant has extended the lease for 6,380 sqm of warehouse space and 145 sqm of office space. At MLP Łódź, the extension covers 30,995 sqm of warehouse space and 863 sqm of office and social space, developed specifically to support Uniq Logistic’s operations.
– It is highly appreciated that during the lease extension process, Uniq Logistic was supported by Querco Property, which professionally represented the tenant’s interests. This ensured that the cooperation was smooth and transparent, and the solutions developed meet both Uniq Logistic’s needs and our quality standards. It demonstrates that a partnership-oriented approach from all parties makes it possible to build lasting business relationships and create an efficient logistics environment across our developments, – said Tomasz Pietrzak, Leasing Director Poland at MLP Group.
– The decision to extend our lease of MLP Group’s warehouse space was a natural step for us. The facilities fully meet our needs, offering modern infrastructure, high safety standards, and flexible logistics solutions. The location is also of key importance, providing excellent transport accessibility and enabling efficient delivery operations. Our cooperation with MLP Group has been highly professional, and we are pleased to continue it and further develop our business within this logistics location, – said Jarosław Płusa, President of Uniq Logistic.
– When analysing the market, we placed significant emphasis on verifying operating costs, potential relocation expenses, and ensuring business continuity. This approach made it possible to develop an optimal solution for both the Łódź and Pruszków facilities. It is an excellent example of how partnership-based relationships and effective collaboration between the parties translate into long-term success, – added Marek Boczula, COO at Querco Property.
Uniq Logistic has been operating on the Polish market since 2008, offering its clients top-quality logistics solutions tailored precisely to their expectations and needs. The company joined the group of MLP Group’s clients in 2020. It provides both short- and long-term storage of goods, including hazardous materials (ADR) and customs goods within a bonded warehouse. The offer also includes comprehensive value-added services (VAS) such as order picking, co-packing, labelling, and quality control. Technological support in the form of an advanced WMS system enables full control and optimisation of warehouse processes.
MLP Pruszków II is a modern logistics centre located near Warsaw, in the Brwinów municipality, just 5 km from Pruszków. It is the largest development in the region, with a planned total leasable area of 427,000 sqm. Selected buildings hold the prestigious BREEAM certification, and in line with MLP Group’s ESG strategy, photovoltaic installations are being installed on the rooftops. MLP Pruszków II offers excellent transport links both to Warsaw city centre and to the main routes connecting the capital with other major cities. It is located between local road No. 760 and a section of the A2 motorway, just 3 km from the Pruszków-Żbików junction. International railway lines run nearby, providing excellent logistics conditions for both domestic and international distribution. The site also features a bus stop and a self-service Nextbike bicycle rental station.
MLP Łódź is a modern logistics and distribution centre located in the south-eastern part of Łódź, in the Widzew district, just 4 km from the A1 motorway, which connects Łódź with the Tri-City area, and about 20 km (10 minutes) from the A2 motorway (Berlin–Poznań–Warsaw). A significant advantage of the site is its proximity to public transport. The development is being built on a 22.2-hectare plot and will ultimately deliver 86,600 sqm of space. It is being developed in line with sustainable development principles, and the warehouse buildings will undergo BREEAM certification. The MLP Łódź logistics centre is primarily designed for tenants from the e-commerce, logistics, distribution, and light manufacturing sectors.
