Comprehensive approach
Measures to protect the environment are applied at all stages of our investment projects – from design and construction, to refurbishment and management of the property portfolio.
Investments
We improve the infrastructure, invest in sustainable technologies, apply best practice in the operation of our buildings, and join forces with our tenants and local communities to protect the environment.
Value
We create lasting value for our investors, tenants and employees.
Neutrality
Our goal is to achieve carbon neutrality.
Certification
We seek to have our entire property portfolio environmentally certified.
Respect for nature and care for the natural environment are at the core of our business.
Sustainable development based on environmentally friendly solutions is expressed in our corporate identity. The main graphic device of our logo is a combination of a green leaf and a solid figure. It conveys a seamless blend between friendly nature and the warehouse facilities we build and manage.

Supporting those in need
Charity is a very important part of our CSR activity.
We aim to help those in need and support various community initiatives. We also encourage our business partners to join.
Noble Gift (Szlachetna Paczka) is one of the most recognisable social projects in Poland, aimed mainly to help financially distressed families and individuals.
The Foundation’s mission is to provide comprehensive, professional assistance to people with locomotor disabilities, help them live active lives, reduce social barriers, and help people at risk of amputation.
All funds raised during the tournament through team registration, auction of items from sponsors and individual donations go to community organisations. Among the beneficiary institutions so far arethe ‘Rainbow’ Association of Parents and Friends of Blind and Visually Impaired Children and the ‘To the Rescue of Children with Cancer’ Foundation. The honorary patron of the event is the Polish Volleyball Federation.
In March 2022, MLP Group converted one of its unoccupied facilities at the MLP Pruszków I logistics centre into temporary housing for Ukrainian refugees.
The refugees found shelter in a two-storey office building with an area of more than 820 sqm. The aid was coordinated with the authorities of the town of Pruszków, which, having been notified of available space in the building, directed refugees there. MLP Group’s suppliers and tenants were also involved in preparing the accommodation.
