The new tenant has signed a lease contract with MLP Group for nearly 1,500 sqm of space at the MLP Business Park Poznań urban centre, with an option to expand by another 1,500 sqm of warehouse and office space. The developer has commenced work to revitalise another warehouse unit, which will be customised to meet the specific needs of the tenant. The facility is scheduled for handover at the beginning of the fourth quarter of 2021.
Small warehouse units in city locations are increasingly in demand. Following the latest trends and responding to the growing demand for small business units, MLP Group is gradually revitalising old warehouse facilities at the site of the MLP Business Park Poznań urban project. Its project in Poznań is a ‘hybrid park’, offering one big-box unit and six small business units ranging from 250 sqm to 1,500 sqm. The complex is located in close proximity to the city centre and has good access to public transport and important arterial roads.
‘We are very pleased to see another tenant place their trust in us and join our logistics centre. We are committed to raising the standard of our urban project, which is attracting strong interest from existing and potential tenants. Our centre is a perfect solution for tenants who need small units offering modern office and warehouse space,’ noted Karol Kondrat, Leasing Manager at MLP Group S.A.
MLP Business Park Poznań is an urban project located near the centre of Poznań at ul. Wołczyńska. The perfect location of the distribution centre is undoubtedly one of its key advantages, supporting fast and efficient logistics operations. The excellent location also provides users with access to public transport and allows companies to open their head offices in close proximity to the centre of Poznań. There are bus and tramway stops just outside the park, with the Junikowo railway station located nearby and the A2 motorway only 2.5 km away. The project has been developed mainly for e-commerce companies who need an urban location and high-standard office units to conduct this particular type of business activity.
