Uniq Logistic strengthens its presence in MLP Group parks, nearly 50,000 sqm leased
The Polish logistics company has leased approximately 9,400 sqm of new warehouse space at MLP Łódź. As a result, it has increased its total space leased from MLP Group to more than 47,000 sqm, available across the MLP Łódź and MLP Pruszków II complexes.

Uniq Logistic continues to strengthen its cooperation with MLP Group. The company has recently renewed its lease agreements for 38,000 sqm of space within MLP Łódź and MLP Pruszków II. It has now decided to further expand its operations at MLP Łódź by leasing an additional 9,400 sqm of warehouse space. Under the terms of the agreement, the new space will be delivered to the company in the first quarter of next year. As a result, Uniq Logistic will have nearly 50,000 sqm of modern logistics space at its disposal in total.

– “We are pleased to see our cooperation with Uniq Logistic consistently expanding, as the company is one of our key partners on the Polish market. The fact that the tenant has once again chosen to place its trust in our offer and increase the scope of its leased space is the best confirmation of the high quality of our logistics parks and our flexible approach to customer needs. At MLP Group, we focus on long-term partnerships and on delivering top-standard facilities that enable our clients to optimise their operations and support their growth. We are glad that the newly leased areas will meet the evolving needs of Uniq Logistic, providing the company with a modern, efficient and safe working environment,”   said Tomasz Pietrzak, Leasing Director Poland at MLP Group.

– “Our long-standing cooperation with MLP Group plays a key role in the operational development of Uniq Logistic. Over the years, we have seen that MLP Group is a partner that consistently combines professionalism with a flexible approach to the evolving needs of its tenants. We especially value their openness to dialogue, their readiness to jointly seek optimal solutions, and their quick response to our business requirements. Such an approach enables us to effectively execute projects of strategic importance and to continue dynamically expanding our operations.

Expanding the space we lease within MLP Group parks is a natural step, stemming from our very positive experience to date and the trust we place in the competencies and infrastructure offered by MLP Group. Investments in modern facilities, environmental standards, and operational efficiency translate directly into the quality of our logistics processes and allow us to further scale our business.

We are confident that the continuation of our cooperation will further strengthen the potential of both companies, and that a relationship based on stability, partnership, and mutual understanding will remain a solid foundation for future joint initiatives.” said Jonasz Galicki, Logistics Director at Uniq Logistic.

Uniq Logistic has been operating on the Polish market since 2008, offering its partners top-quality logistics solutions tailored precisely to their expectations and needs. The company joined the group of MLP Group tenants in 2020. At MLP Pruszków II, it currently occupies 6,380 sqm of warehouse space and 145 sqm of office space. At MLP Łódź, it has access to 30,995 sqm of warehouse space along with 863 sqm of office and staff facilities. Under the newly signed agreement, the company will expand its warehouse space at this park by an additional 9,360 sqm.

MLP Łódź is a modern logistics and distribution centre located in the south-eastern part of Łódź, in the Widzew district, just 4 km from the A1 motorway connecting Łódź with the Tri-City, and approximately 20 km (around 10 minutes) from the A2 motorway (Berlin–Poznań–Warsaw). One of its key advantages is the convenient access to public transport. The park is being developed on a plot of approximately 22.2 hectares and will ultimately deliver 86,600 sqm of space. The new centre is being built in line with sustainable development principles, and the warehouse facilities will be BREEAM certified. The MLP Łódź logistics complex is designed primarily for tenants from the e-commerce, logistics, distribution and light manufacturing sectors.

MLP Pruszków II is a modern logistics centre located near Warsaw, in the Brwinów municipality, just 5 km from Pruszków. It is the largest complex in the region, with a target leasable area of 427,000 sqm. Selected buildings have been awarded the prestigious BREEAM certification. In line with MLP Group’s ESG strategy, photovoltaic installations are being mounted on the rooftops.

MLP Pruszków II offers excellent transport connectivity both with the centre of Warsaw and with major routes linking the capital to other cities. The park is situated between local road No. 760 and a section of the A2 motorway, just 3 km from the Pruszków–Żbików junction. Nearby international railway lines provide outstanding logistics potential for both domestic and international distribution. The park also features a bus stop and a self-service Nextbike bicycle rental station.
