The logistics operator is expanding its leased space within MLP Group to more than 34,000 sqm.
Poland’s largest independent logistics operator is dynamically expanding its cooperation with MLP Group. The company has moved into the MLP Gorzów Wielkopolski complex. The tenant also operates facilities within the MLP Poznań West, MLP Gliwice, and MLP Wrocław West logistics centres, now totaling more than 34,000 sqm of modern warehouse space.

MLP Gorzów Wielkopolski is a new logistics park situated on an 11.7-hectare site and will ultimately offer a total of 56,700 sqm of warehouse space as well as areas dedicated to light manufacturing and Big Box logistics. The logistics and warehouse centre has been designed to meet BREEAM certification requirements, which will significantly reduce operating costs for future tenants. MLP Gorzów Wielkopolski will feature a range of sustainable solutions. The complex is primarily intended for tenants from the e-commerce, logistics, distribution, and light manufacturing sectors.
MLP Gorzów Wielkopolski is located on the western side of Gorzów Wielkopolski. The park lies 9 km from the city centre, in the immediate vicinity of the S3 expressway junction. A major advantage of the park is its proximity to public transport. In line with its ‘build & hold’ strategy, MLP Group retains completed logistics parks in its portfolio and manages them directly.
