Piotr Kowalski joined the MLP Group team at the beginning of November, assuming the position of Head of Project Management for Poland & Romania. His responsibilities will include managing Polish and Romanian investment projects, from the conceptual phase to the handover of completed properties.
Piotr Kowalski has over 20 years of professional experience in managing construction projects within the commercial real estate sector. He studied civil engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology and has enhanced his skills across various companies, holding positions from construction engineer and cost and contract manager to project manager and senior project manager, overseeing numerous large investment undertakings. Most recently, he worked at MDC2 as Head of Construction, where he was responsible for overseeing the company’s projects, supporting a team of experienced project managers, and collaborating with the board and investors. Previously, he worked with Goodman Poland, handling various industrial and warehouse projects. He also gained experience at Bovis Lend Lease Polska and Mostostal Warszawa, among others.
Outside of his professional life, Piotr Kowalski is passionate about sports, doing mountain biking and ski touring actively. In his free time, he enjoys backpacking mountain expeditions, allowing him to combine his love for nature and physical activity.
