MLP Group is strengthening its division responsible for foreign expansion. As of the beginning of July, Patrick Kurowski will join the team assuming the position of Country Manager. In MLP Group, he will be responsible for development and commercialization of logistics parks in the German and Austrian market.
Patrick Kurowski has many years of experience gathered while cooperating with big international companies. During his long term work for CBRE he occupied, among others, the position of Director – Head of Industrial and Logistics. He took part in major transactions in the real estate market in Austria and Poland. He closely cooperated with developers, general contractors and lessees of warehouse space.
He specializes in delivering optimum solutions for lessees of industrial and logistics space, management of lease transactions pertaining to commercial space, solutions for lessees and “build-to-suit” solutions. He has high qualifications in the area of valuation, due diligence of industrial facilities, project management, and team building and management. He is a graduate of the University of Vienna in the area of commercial real estate management.
