New tenant has signed a contract with the MLP Group for the lease of roughly 10,000 square meters of space in the MLP Wrocław logistics park. The space will be used for warehousing and production. The facility is expected to be turned over to the client in the third quarter of the year. Under the contract, the tenant has the option to add another 5,000 square meters to the lease area. Advisory services on this transaction were provided by JLL.

MLP Wrocław is developed on a 13-hectare plot of land and will consist of 5 warehouse halls with the target surface area of 63,500 square meters. The logistics park is located in the Psie Pole district in the North-Eastern part of Wrocław, just 14 kilometers from the city center. The appeal of the site is increased by the vicinity the E67 national road and the S8 express road connecting Wroclaw to Warsaw.
