MLP Group has completed the commercialization process of its logistics park in Lublin. Warehouse halls with the surface area of 17.8 thousand m2 are currently being prepared and built. The final expansion of the park ends in the second quarter of 2019.
Construction of the MLP Lublin logistics center began in 2014. ABM Greiffenberger Polska, a company specializing in manufacturing engines and propulsion systems, was the first tenant. At that time, it leased nearly 10 thousand m2, only to increase it to over 16 thousand m2 after two years. Stokrotka, a retail arm of the Emperia Capital Group, was another tenant. It initially leased about 6 thousand m2 of office and warehouse space, increasing it gradually to about 23.2 thousand m2. The most recent tenant, occupying 6.5 thousand m2, is Turck, a global industrial automation partner.
“MLP Lublin is our first park that we decided to build on a local market, outside of Poland’s most popular warehousing regions. The full commercialization of this facility confirms that such projects are needed and sought for by tenants. The key to its success was an excellent location in the proximity of expressways making up the Lublin ring road” – said Agnieszka Góźdź, Head of the Sales Department at MLP Group S.A.
