Auto Partner has signed an annex increasing the leased area in the Bieruń logistics park by approx. 11,500 square meters (to 41,000 square meters). Approximately 11,500 square meters will be slated for warehouse space and the remaining 500 square meters for office purposes. The delivery of the finished facility is planned for February 2019. The general contractorship has been entrusted to Joka. The signing of the annex with Auto Partner means that the logistics center in Bieruń is leased in 100%. Auto Partner currently leases 27,000 square meters in the Bieruń logistics park.
MLP Group sold the logistics park in Bieruń in 2015 to WestInvest Gesellschaft für Investmentfonds mbH (Deka Immobilien). Currently, pursuant to a developer agreement, MLP Group is responsible for its commercialization. The logistics center in Bieruń offers 55,000 square meters of warehouse space. It is located approx. 7 km from the Tychy city center and operates in the Special Economic Zone. Proximity of the A4 motorway and the S1 expressway provides very good connections and access to cities throughout Poland.
