MLP Group has signed a contract with the new tenant for the lease of nearly 6,500 square meters of space in the MLP Lublin logistics park. 5,700 square meters of this space will be earmarked for production and warehouse purposes and the remainder (800 square meters) for offices. The project is expected to be completed in April 2019.
“The south-eastern region of Poland is becoming increasingly attractive to investors. In response, we are developing a logistics park which will ultimately provide 45,000 square meters of space for warehouses and light production. We are customizing all space to tenants’ individual needs. MLP Lublin has a perfect location in the city center, in the proximity of expressways making up the Lublin ring road” – said Agnieszka Góźdź, Head of the Sales Department at MLP Group S.A.
MLP Lublin is a light industrial park under construction and when completed shall comprise of about 45,000 sqm of warehouse and light industry buildings. Flexible warehouse space can be adjusted according to the Tenant’s requirement. MLP Lublin is located in the city of Lublin next to the S12 and S17 expressways which serve as Lublin’s ring road. MLP Lublin is located in Special Economic Zone. that it’s within Special Economic Zone. By investing in this Park companies can benefit from various tax exemptions. MLP Lublin has a bus stop next to the park, making it easly accessible using public transport.
