MLP Group has been successfully expanding its presence in the German market. The newly completed project is located in Ludwigsfelde (Brandenburg) near Berlin. Its construction started in October last year. MLP Business Park Berlin will ultimately comprise four facilities of various sizes, offering a total of about 18,000 sq m of modern space. Three of them have already been delivered. The first tenants were able to participate in planning the layout for warehouse areas, office and parking space, thus obtaining a logistics property fully adapted to suit their needs. The constructed City Logistics facilities are intended for light industrial activity and city logistics services. Well-known corporations, such as Mercedes-Benz, Rolls-Royce, Siemens, Coca-Cola and Thyssen Krupp, operate in the immediate vicinity of the park.

Most of the space has already been leased and is being systematically handed over to our customers.. Our project meets high environmental protection standards. It has also been implemented with full respect for the surrounding nature. The new business park near Berlin is a best-practise development and confirms our consistent development strategy on the German market. We have several further projects under development and in the pipeline in key regions of Germany. The MLP Business Park Berlin Project has been developed in line with MLP Group’s green development strategy, aiming to build energy efficient and sustainable properties. This approach includes strategic use of available roof space to install photovoltaic systems, building charging points for electric and hybrid vehicles, flexibly designing space in facilities and offices in terms of access to daylight as well as use of intelligent sunlight protection. It is also crucial to ensure minimum interference with local wildlife and plants. In line with MLP Group’s sustainable strategy to certify all newly constructed buildings, the Business Park in Berlin will be DGNB Gold certified.
MLP Business Park Berlin has a perfect location. Surrounded by a pine forest, it is also located on the B101 road, providing a direct link to the Berlin ring road (A10). The facility is only a few minutes’ drive away from the Ludwigsfelde rail station, which has excellent access to public transport. There is a bus service near the park.
