MLP Group has signed a lease agreement with Langowski Logistics, a leading logistics operator specializing in international container transport. The company will occupy over 5,600 square meters of space in the MLP Pruszków II complex. The tenant was supported in concluding the agreement by the advisory firm Newmark Polska.

Langowski Logistics has become a new tenant at the MLP Pruszków II logistics center. In line with the lease agreement, the company has gained access to a 5,400-square-meter warehouse. Additionally, approximately 250 square meters of state-of-the-art social and office space is under development, with occupancy scheduled for August 2025.

Langowski Logistics is a Polish family-owned company specializing in international transport of containerized cargo and warehouse logistics. The company also boasts extensive experience in handling oversized and non-standard shipments.

“The spaces we offer meet the highest standards demanded by tenants. The warehouse areas dedicated to the new tenant have been equipped with features such as motion sensors and a DALI lighting system. In line with our strategy, the facilities adhere to top-tier standards and undergo BREEAM certification,” said Tomasz Pietrzak, Leasing Director Poland, MLP Group S.A.

In the process of searching for space and negotiating lease terms, Langowski Logistics was represented by Newmark Polska.

“I am pleased that Langowski Logistics is growing and continuously expanding its client base and warehouse facilities, despite the challenging year for the industry in 2024. This reflects the organization’s strong preparedness for market changes. The additional 5,000+ square meters of warehouse space at MLP Pruszków II will increase Langowski Logistics’ logistics base in this region to 13,000 square meters and support further growth. Choosing MLP Group and one of the largest logistics parks in the area opens up many future opportunities. I would like to thank the landlord for their flexible approach and the smooth cooperation during the lease negotiation process for our client,” said Jakub Dudkiewicz, Senior Associate, Newmark Polska.
