The lease contract with L-SHOP-TEAM is a significant transaction sealed by the Polish industrial developer as part of its growth plan in Germany and Austria. The tenant, a leading name in the German textile industry, will lease 56,500 sqm of new developed space at MLP Unna Logistics Park, comprising approx. 52,000 sqm of warehouse & logistics space, including a fully automated warehouse of approx. 12,000 sqm.
Brockhoff Immobilien acted as the intermediary real estate advisor in the transaction.
The project will also feature office and social facilities of an area of approx. 3,000 sqm, containing a modern and flexible workplace office concept, a canteen and a kindergarten.
The project will be delivered together with a parking lot for approximately 220 vehicles. The Logistics Park is located in a close vicinity of the Dortmund Airport (ca. 10 km) with direct visibility from the A44 highway.
