MLP Group is strengthening its division responsible for lease of commercial space. As of the beginning of November, the Leasing Department staff was expanded to include Jakub Kaczorek assuming the position of Leasing Manager. In MLP Group he will be responsible for commercialization of logistics parks in the Wrocław and Poznań region.
Jakub Kaczorek has many years of experience in lease of commercial space acquired in renowned consulting agencies. Before joining the MLP Group team, he performed the function of Real Estate Agent in BSC Real Estate Advisors (formerly Sharman Church Chartered Surveyors). In these organizations he was responsible for, among others, conducting negotiation processes, lease of commercial space, conducting research and preparing market analyses. He also performed the role of the exclusive representative of Atrium Plaza & Atrium Centrum. Earlier on, he cooperated also with the Wood Lark Group.
