Italinox-Polska has signed a contract with MLP Group to lease 3,510 m2 of space at the MLP Czeladź logistics park, including 3,300 m2 of warehouse space and 210 m2 of social amenity and office space. Once completed, the facility will be handed over to the tenant in October this year. Profesja Plus of Katowice was the agent for the transaction.
