MLP Group has signed another lease agreement in the MLP Unna Logistics Park. Finsterwalder Transport & Logistik GmbH will occupy a facility with a total of 6.200 m2 of warehouse space, which will be used for cross-dock activities. This facility has already been handed over to the client. Brockhoff acted as the intermediary real estate advisor in this transaction.
Finsterwalder Transport & Logistik GmbH is a logistics company seated in Türkheim, Germany. It specializes in logistics, transport services and warehouse logistics. It handles transport operations across Europe using its own fleet consisting of approximately 260 modern vehicles. It also collaborates with partners serving markets located in Western, Eastern and Southern Europe. The company simultaneously offers warehousing space in Türkheim (Allgäu), Halle / Saale and Gelsenkirchen in the Ruhr region, as well as in other warehouses across Germany.
