Electrolux Poland has signed a lease contract with MLP Group for 14,580 m2 of modern warehouse space in MLP Wrocław. The completed facility is scheduled for delivery to the tenant in March 2020.
Electrolux is the world’s leading manufacturer of appliances for home and professional uses, making refrigerator freezers, dishwashers, washing machines, ovens and small household appliances, such as vacuum cleaners.
“We are delighted to be expanding our existing relationship with a tenant who already occupies our other warehouse premises The MLP Wrocław logistics centre is perfectly located for quick access to the western part of Poland,” said Agnieszka Góźdź, Head of the Sales Department at MLP Group S.A.
Built on a 13-hectare site, MLP Wrocław will ultimately consist of five warehouse facilities with a target area of 63,500 thousand m2. The logistics park is located within the Psie Pole district in the north-eastern part of Wrocław, just 14 km from the city centre. The location’s main advantages include its proximity to the E67 national road and the S8 express road connecting Wrocław with Warsaw.
