BetterStyle has signed a contract with MLP Group to extend and expand its lease of warehouse space at the MLP Pruszków I logistics park to almost 5,000 sqm. The company has worked with MLP Group since 2017. The additional facility is planned to be handed over to the client on September 1st 2021.
BetterStyle is an international distributor of household products, cosmetics, and food supplements. Its offers a broad range of cooking, cleaning, housekeeping, gardening, cosy decor, wellness and personal care products. Since its entry into Poland in 2007, the Company has expanded also into other Central and Eastern European markets.
‘As our company is constantly expanding its product mix and has plans to enter into new markets, modern warehouse space is key to our growth. The decision to extend and expand the lease at MLP Pruszków I was natural to us,’ said Michał Mierzwiński, CEO of BetterStyle International Sp. z o.o.
‘The MLP Pruszków I project is very popular with our existing and prospective tenants. Thanks to the strategic location of the MLP Pruszków I park, we sign a new lease almost immediately after a unit becomes available. We have introduced some innovative environmental solutions in the park, for example a renewable energy facility, an EV charging point, a city bike rental station, and insect hotels. We are committed to promoting environmental protection as well as to ensuring a comfortable working space for users,’ noted Agnieszka Góźdź, Sales Director at MLP Group S.A.
The MLP Pruszków I project, MLP Group’s first park, offers a total of almost 170,000 sqm of modern warehouse and production space. During more than a decade of its operation, it has actually become a small town with its own internal infrastructure. The park is located on a fenced area with 24/7 security. A two-station charging point for electric and hybrid vehicles has been set up there for customers’ and tenants’ convenience. All the energy needed for that purpose comes from photovoltaic panels. There is also a city bike rental station in the park. The park has a fairly large power supply, a proportionally high percentage of parking spaces, and offers customers great potential for future development. The MLP Pruszków I logistics centre has well-developed transport links with central Warsaw as well as the main arteries connecting the capital with other cities.
