MLP Group has launched construction of another facility in the MLP Pruszkow II park. The new client is Universal Express Group, Poland’s largest independent provider of worldwide logistics and relocation services. The company will lease the total area of 10.000 m2. According to the plan, the facility will be commissioned in the first quarter of 2014. The general contractor’s function is discharged by Bin-Biuro Inżynierskie Sp. z o.o.
MLP Pruszkow II is a fast-growing logistic center, which allows its clients to increase the leased warehouse space to suit their individual needs. Universal Express is another tenant to move in the MLP Pruszkow II park.
