North Coast has signed a new contract with MLP Group extending the lease of nearly 3,900 square meters of space in the MLP Pruszków I logistics park. Out of that space the company uses 3,500 square meters for warehousing and the remaining 400 square meters for offices and social facilities. The facility houses the company’s headquarters and its central warehouse. North Coast has been a client of MLP Group since 2002.
North Coast specializes in distributing high quality food products coming mainly from Italy. The company has its main warehouse in Pruszków and also affiliate warehouses in Cracow and in the vicinity of Wrocław, Gdańsk and Poznań. Through a subsidiary Latteria Tinis, North Coast also produces cheese, mainly mozzarella. The company’s offering is addressed to consumers who appreciate high product quality. The company currently imports to Poland goods from the leading suppliers of brand name food products. For most of them it holds exclusive distribution rights on the Polish market. The portfolio of North Coast products includes, among others: AGNESI pastas and sauces, RISO GALLO Italian rice dishes, NUOVA CASTELLI cheeses, KIMBO coffee, CIRIO brand of Italian tomato products, CARAPELLI and SALVADORI brands olive oil, RANA fresh pasta, French ST. DALFOUR fruit rhapsody products and a broad range of wines. The main shareholder of North Coast S.A. is Nuova Castelli S.p.A., a leading producer of Italian D.O.P. hard cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano, Grana Padano or Pecorino Romano and high-quality soft cheeses – mozzarella, ricotta, gorgonzola. Nuova Castelli is the leader in export sales of leading exporter of Italian delicacies.

MLP Pruszkow I is the first logistics park created by the MLP Group. Its total target warehouse and manufacturing space is 167,000 square meters developed over an area of 43 hectares. During the last decade and a half, the park has become a small town with its own internal infrastructure. The facility has approx. 50 customers leasing space of between 200 and 18,000 square meters.
