For cargo-partner spedycja sp. z o.o., a global logistic operator, the MLP Group will prepare 8,000 m2 of modern warehousing space and an office building with a total surface area of 1,300 m2 to house the company’s head office. On the roof of the office facility, a 300 m2 terrace will be built, covered in grass and thus enhancing the building’s functional properties. The construction projects are expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2018. Immediately following the completion of the construction work, the tenants will be able to move into the facilities.
In turn, for Avery Dennison Polska Sp. z o.o., a manufacturer and distributor of labels and self-adhesive materials, over 13,300 m2 of modern warehousing space will be built in the MLP Pruszków II logistics park. The facility will be earmarked for production and warehousing purposes. The tenant is scheduled to move into the new space also in the third quarter of this year.
The MLP Pruszków II logistics center is located in the vicinity of Warsaw, in the commune of Brwinów, 5 km from Pruszków. It is situated on a 72 ha plot of land to be used for warehouse space and light manufacturing with the park’s target space coming in at 285,000 square meters. Two access roads lead to this park. One of these roads is directly connected to the recently opened ring road around the village of Moszna. MLP Pruszków II has well-developed road connections to the Warsaw city center and the main thoroughfares connecting the capital with other cities. The park is located between local road no. 760 and a section of the A2 motorway some 3 km from the Pruszków-Żbików traffic hub.
There is also a Nextbike bicycle rental station in MLP Pruszków II. Employees also have convenient access as there is a bus stop located at the park. An international railway is located close to the park that offers excellent logistic conditions for domestic and international distribution.
