The MLP Group is planning the construction of a new logistics park MLP Stryków. The new facilities will ultimately offer 120,000 square meters of contemporary warehousing and production space developed on the plot of land of 25 hectares. The investment project will be located in the town of Stryków in direct vicinity of the A2 highway (Stryków junction). The MLP Stryków logistics park will be located a mere 20 kilometers from the Łódź city center. The distance to the Łódź airport is only 28 km and less than 110 km to the center of Warsaw.
„All our logistics parks are characterized by excellent locations. This is also the case for the new MLP Stryków project. Execution of this project will allow us to expand our offering and strengthen our position in the very important warehousing region of Central Poland. We believe that the modern space offering in our new park will be well received by investors – said Agnieszka Góźdź, Head of the Leasing Department at MLP Group S.A.
Currently, the Group operates eight logistics parks in Poland: MLP Pruszków I, MLP Pruszków II, MLP Poznań, MLP Lublin, MLP Teresin, MLP Wrocław, MLP Czeladź and MLP Gliwice. Based on a development agreement, the Group is also responsible for the commercialization of the MLP Bieruń logistics park, sold in 2015. In Germany, the Group currently operates one logistics park – MLP Unna. In Romania, in turn, the Group purchased land for development of a new logistics park – MLP Bucharest West.
In addition, the Group owns land plots and has signed reservation agreements to purchase new plots for its planned logistics parks. This means that the current and potential real estate portfolio managed by the MLP Group consists of a total of sixteen operating logistics parks located in three European markets.
