TMM Express Sp. z o.o. has signed a contract with MLP Group for the lease of 4,343 square meters in the MLP Pruszków I logistics park. Approx. 639 square meters of this space will be used for office and social purposes and the remaining part for warehousing purposes.
TMM Express is an international company providing express delivery and courier services (documents, parcels etc.) across the globe. TMM Express was established in 1992 and has its headquartered in Luxembourg.
“The MLP Pruszków I logistics park is a completed facility. Therefore the new tenant can move into the facility right after completion of the adaptation works conducted now to adapt the space to its individual needs and requirements” – emphasized Tomasz Pietrzak, Leasing Manager in MLP Group S.A.
MLP Pruszkow I is the first logistics park created by the MLP Group. Its total target warehouse and manufacturing space is 170,695 square meters developed over an area of 43 hectares. During the last decade and a half, the park has become a small town with its own internal infrastructure. The facility has approx. 50 customers. The facility has unlimited power supply, large potential for future expansion offered to its clients, and a relatively large percentage of parking lot areas. MLP has convenient connections both with the centre of Warsaw and the main routes linking Warsaw with other cities
