MLP Group has kicked off the process of commercialization at MLP Unna Logistics Park in Germany. Van Eupen Logistik is the first tenant leasing a total space of 10,300 square meters of warehouse, social and office space. This facility is ready for occupancy and handover. Brockhoff acted as the intermediary real estate advisor in this transaction.
Van Eupen Logistik is a logistics company seated in Essen, Germany, with a nationwide distribution network. It employs contract logistics to offer top quality services involving transport, logistics and warehousing, repairs and renovations, business and project-related relocation services, and consulting and development.

MLP Unna is a logistics and manufacturing park located on a 12.5 ha plot of land. Ultimately, it will enable to build approximately 60,000 sqm of modern warehouses. MLP Unna is located in Unna in North Rhine-Westphalia within the Ruhr metropolitan area, which is one of Europe’s largest logistics regions.
