MLP Group has delivered 6,500 m2 of ready space at the MLP Czeladź logistics park to DS Smith, of which roughly 1,000 m2 is for production purposes, 370 m2 is office space, and the rest is for warehousing purposes.
DS Smith is Europe’s leading supplier of customised packaging, with a focus on state-of-the-art packaging design. The company is able to meet all market requirements, offering a wide range of high quality industrial and transport packaging, FMCG packaging, displays and POS packaging, personalised protective packaging and cardboard pallets.
“The project has been delivered on time and as agreed by the parties. About six months passed from the signing of the lease contract to the handover of the finished facility. The MLP Czeladź logistics centre is one of our latest projects, with strong potential for further expansion. The park is well linked with the cities of the Silesian agglomeration,” stressed Piotr Krawczyk, BTS project manager at MLP Group S.A.
MLP Czeladź is a modern logistics centre. Once completed, it will offer customers five A-class buildings with a total of 74,200 m2 of warehouse and production space. MLP Czeladź is very attractive for customers particularly because of its excellent location near main roads. The park is located close to the junction of the A4 motorway and the S1 expressway, 15 kilometres from the Katowice airport, 11 kilometres from the city centre, and in the vicinity of the S86 expressway linking Łódź with Tychy.
