We are delighted to have concluded the lease with MLP Group, whose understanding of our needs and offering to closely customise the premises were crucial for our choice. With this lease, we believe to have acquired warehouse space meeting the highest quality criteria, located conveniently for transport, but also a stable partner, as an additional factor set to foster our business development,” says Anna Guczalska, Managing Director at Simba Toys Polska Sp. z o.o.
We are very pleased that, in spite of a challenging period we all have been going through recently, we managed to close the deal so quickly. I am confident the cooperation that got off to such an excellent start stands a strong chance to turn into a long-term relationship. Thanks to our flexible approach and the huge dedication of Mr Karol Osiecki of the real estate agency Axi Immo, our new business partner will receive a facility suited perfectly to all their requirements and needs. This newest lease confirms the quality of our business offering and partnering approach,” said Tomasz Pietrzak, Senior Leasing Manager at MLP Group S.A.
The proximity of a large urban area, excellent transport links and direct vicinity of the A2 motorway can certainly be counted among our centre’s main advantages,” added Tomasz Pietrzak.
Our client was looking for warehouse and office space near Warsaw, which would allow it to organise a countrywide supply chain. Reasons why they chose MLP Pruszków II included its location, attractive rent structure and the developer’s approach. What also mattered was the possibility of retaining their team of experienced staff, who preferred a location in the vicinity of Pruszków,” added Karol Osiecki, Associate Director Industrial & Development at AXI IMMO.
