The tenant has signed with MLP Group an agreement to lease approximately 6,000 m2 of modern space at the MLP Poznań logistics park. Approximately 5,700 m2 will be used for warehousing purposes and 225 m2 will be office and social space. The finished facility is scheduled to be delivered in January 2021.
We are very happy we have signed a new lease agreement. The warehouse space market around Poznań is currently very popular with tenants. Our MLP Poznań facility currently comprises four buildings with a total lease area of almost 49,000 m2, but it is planned to provide almost 90,000 m2. Among the unquestionable advantages of the project are excellent location and the ability to adapt the space to clients’ needs said Agnieszka Góźdź, Sales Director at MLP Group S.A.

When looking for warehouse space, we knew from the start that we wanted it to be located in the vicinity of Poznań. This enables us to quickly communicate with our head office and guarantees optimum connection with other regions of Poland, which is crucial for our distribution activities. The MLP warehouse will also be fully adjusted to the requirements of our business explains Marcin Wawrzyniak, Member of the Management Board of Pneuhage Serwis Opon Sp. z o.o.
MLP Poznań is located in Koninko, near the S11 expressway connecting Poznań and Katowice. The park is situated approximately 16 km from the centre of Poznań and 4 km from the A2 motorway. Ultimately, it will provide 90,000 m2 of warehouse and production space to be built on an area of 19 ha.
The cooperation between Pneuhage and MLP is another positive example of how warehouse developers seek to meet tenants’ needs. In this case, preparation of the space was preceded by a comprehensive analysis of, among other things, fire safety regulations, to ensure that the facility meets all the safety requirements for tyre storage, said Klaudia Dąbroś, Consultant with JLL’s Warehouse and Industrial Space Rental Department.
