FORMADE, the owner of Fabryka Form, has renewed its lease at the MLP Pruszków II logistics park for another term. The company has been operating at the park since 2021.
Fabryka Form has been present on the Polish market since 2005 and is one of the country’s leading online retailers of premium interior furnishings and design products. Its portfolio includes thousands of products from renowned brands, ranging from furniture and lighting to kitchen and bathroom accessories, decorative items and iconic pieces of international design.
– Extending our lease at MLP Pruszków II is a natural continuation of our successful cooperation. A stable and functional logistics base enables us to efficiently expand our offering and respond even faster to the growing needs of our customers, – said Michał Wrzesień, CEO, Formade/Fabryka Form.
– The lease renewal is the best confirmation that we provide space that genuinely supports our partners’ business growth. At MLP Group, we place particular emphasis on building long-term tenant relationships, so we are delighted when companies choose to stay with us for the years ahead. MLP Pruszków II combines modern infrastructure and an excellent location with flexible solutions that allow occupiers to adapt their space to evolving business needs, – said Agnieszka Góźdź, Member of the Management Board and Chief Development Officer at MLP Group S.A
– In the renegotiation process, the key priority was to secure terms that would support Fabryka Form’s continued growth while ensuring operational continuity at a proven location. We are pleased that, as Triflow, we were able to advise the client on developing a solution that meets its long-term needs,- added Miłosz Borkowski, Partner at Triflow.
MLP Pruszków II is the largest and one of the most modern logistics parks developed by MLP Group. The complex is located in the municipality of Brwinów, just 5 km from Pruszków and in the immediate vicinity of Warsaw. Once fully developed, it will offer approximately 427,000 sqm of modern warehouse, production and office space.
The development is being delivered in line with the highest sustainable construction standards. Selected buildings have achieved BREEAM certification, while photovoltaic installations are being installed on rooftops, supporting the implementation of MLP Group’s ESG strategy.
Another major advantage of the complex is its excellent transport connectivity. The park is located between local road No. 760 and the A2 motorway, approximately 3 km from the Pruszków-Żbików interchange. Its proximity to international railway lines facilitates efficient distribution across both domestic and international markets, while a nearby bus stop and Nextbike bicycle station provide convenient access for employees.
