Inter Cars joins MLP Business Park Vienna. Automotive market leader chooses MLP Group
Inter Cars will open its first location in Vienna at MLP Business Park Vienna. The new facility will combine warehouse, retail, and office functions, meeting the requirements of modern urban logistics and ensuring fast and efficient customer service.
Under the signed lease agreement, the company will occupy a total of 2,220 sqm, including 1,770 sqm of modern warehouse space and 450 sqm dedicated to offices, a retail area, and employee facilities. The handover of the completed facility and the commencement of operations are planned for November this year. Additionally, the tenant will install a modern three-level walkable racking system within the warehouse.
Operating in 26 European countries, the Group maintains an extensive brick-and-mortar sales network in 21 markets, ensuring broad product availability and strong local customer support.

MLP Business Park Vienna is a modern complex comprising four buildings with a total leasable area of 54,500 sqm. The project offers flexible units starting from 1,000 sqm, tailored to the needs of urban logistics, e-commerce, and light manufacturing businesses, including companies from the automotive sector.
The park stands out through its advanced sustainability solutions, including green roofs and photovoltaic installations. A recreational area with a pond will also be developed on-site. The project is being delivered in accordance with the requirements of the ÖGNI Gold certification standard.
The project is being developed on a 9.8-hectare site located approximately 13 kilometres from Vienna city centre. The investment benefits from excellent transport connectivity thanks to its proximity to the S2/A23 motorway. Vienna International Airport (Vienna-Schwechat) is located approximately 23 km from the development. The complex also offers convenient access to public transportation, with bus and railway stops located in its immediate vicinity.
