One of the largest FMCG distribution networks operating on the Romanian market has leased an additional 5,350 sqm of modern space at the MLP Bucharest West logistics park. The new space, located in the emerging C1 building, includes 5,250 sqm of warehouse space and 100 sqm of modern office facilities. Handover is scheduled for the second quarter of this year. Following the expansion, the tenant’s total leased space within the complex has increased to approximately 16,000 sqm.
– The expansion of cooperation with an existing tenant is the best confirmation of the high quality of the space we offer and MLP Group’s flexible approach to the evolving needs of our business partners. The Romanian market remains one of our strategic growth directions, while MLP Bucharest West, thanks to its location and modern infrastructure, provides excellent conditions for logistics and distribution operations, – said Olga Melihov, Country Head Romania at MLP Group S.A.
– The tenant’s growing scale of operations and decision to expand its warehouse space confirm the attractiveness of MLP Bucharest West as a key logistics location on the Romanian market. We are pleased to have supported the parties in completing this transaction and in the further development of the client’s operational activities, – added Dan Dragomirescu, Senior Associate Industrial Agency, Colliers Romania.
