MLP Poznań West Welcomes 3D Printing Specialist Stockly
MLP Group continues to strengthen the tenant mix at MLP Poznań West, welcoming Stockly, a fast-growing company operating in the 3D printing sector. The company has leased approximately 2,400 sqm of warehouse and office space and has already launched operations under an early access arrangement. Full handover of the facility is scheduled for December 2026. During the lease process, Stockly was represented by Rock Estate.

Under the agreement, Stockly will occupy around 2,400 sqm within the expanding MLP Poznań West complex. More than 2,100 sqm will be allocated to logistics operations, while approximately 250 sqm will comprise office and staff facilities located in a two-storey building. The company has already gained access to the warehouse area, with the office space expected to be delivered in early December this year.

Stockly is a Polish company focused on 3D printing technologies, offering consumables, 3D printers, 3D pens and related accessories, as well as professional services. The company supports both individual and corporate customers in prototyping and small-scale manufacturing. Its products are also available online through the filament3d.pl e-commerce platform.

The lease agreement with Stockly further confirms the growing attractiveness of MLP Poznań West for companies operating in modern logistics and e-commerce. Occupiers appreciate not only the strategic location of the park, but also the high quality of the space and the flexibility of solutions tailored to the needs of rapidly growing businesses. We consistently pursue our strategy of building long-term partnerships with tenants and supporting them in optimising their supply chains,” said Tomasz Pietrzak, Leasing Director Poland at MLP Group.

„In this process, not only commercial terms and location were important, but also the ability to efficiently launch operations and tailor the space to the client’s specific requirements. The project included adjustments to the warehouse area as well as office facilities designed in line with Stockly’s expectations, including a dedicated 3D printing workshop. Ultimately, thanks to its flexible approach, MLP Group delivered the solution best suited to the client’s needs,” commented Damian Michalski, Leasing Director, Industrial & Logistics at Rock Estate.

MLP Poznań West is a modern distribution centre located on the western side of Poznań, directly adjacent to the S11 expressway and just 7 km from the A2 motorway junction. Once fully completed, the complex will offer more than 173,000 sqm of space, making it one of MLP Group’s key projects on the European logistics real estate market. The park is primarily dedicated to companies from the e-commerce, logistics, distribution and light manufacturing sectors, while also aligning with global trends such as nearshoring and supply chain optimisation.

The development is being carried out in line with the highest sustainability standards. Rooftop photovoltaic systems are being installed across the buildings, while the site will also feature cycling infrastructure, electric vehicle charging stations and biodiversity-supporting solutions such as insect houses. The office areas have been designed with user comfort in mind, featuring extensive glazing to maximise access to natural daylight and create a friendly working environment. The buildings are undergoing BREEAM certification, confirming their high quality and environmental performance.
