Maciej Müldner joins the Management Board of MLP Group
MLP Group strengthens its management structures. Maciej Müldner, a manager with over 30 years of experience in finance at international corporations and banks, joins the Management Board. He will be responsible for further strengthening the Group’s financial position.

The Supervisory Board of MLP Group has decided to strengthen the Company’s Management Board.
Maciej Müldner has been appointed as a new member responsible for the finance division. As a result, the governing body of the company, which operates in Poland, Germany, Austria, and Romania, has been expanded to four members. Maciej Müldner joined MLP Group in July this year, taking on the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Maciej brings significant corporate experience in managing finance at the European level. His extensive background in international corporations and broad expertise in finance will be crucial for further scaling up our operations. It will undoubtedly facilitate and accelerate the process of making strategic decisions, supporting the long-term and sustainable development of MLP Group,” emphasized Radosław T. Krochta, President of the Management Board of MLP Group S.A.

Maciej Müldner has many years of experience in financial management within international corporations. In recent years, he has held key positions at the Dentsu Group in Poland and the Central and Eastern Europe region. Previously, he spent nearly 20 years with the Skanska Group, where between 2002 and 2011 he managed treasury operations for Skanska in Poland and Germany. In addition, he has overseen financial areas in development companies such as Skanska Property (Commercial Development), Echo Investment, and Archicom, supporting the dynamic growth of business activities and implementing a modern approach to corporate finance.

He began his career in finance in the banking sector, gaining experience at, among others, Deutsche Bank and Bank Austria. He is a graduate of the University of Warsaw with a degree in Management and an active member of the Polish Association of Corporate Treasurers. He is passionate about mountains, rock music, and visual arts.
