MLP Group expands its team
MLP Group’s management team has just been bolstered with the addition of new members: Katarzyna Misztal, Paweł Reszczyński, Zuzanna Pukaluk, Mateusz Sobczak and Szymon Grochowski. Each of the newly appointed team members brings with them extensive experience in the real estate industry. In their new roles, they will be entrusted with key responsibilities encompassing land acquisition and preparation for upcoming projects, oversight over construction and project work, space commercialisation and tenant relationships.

Katarzyna Misztal has been appointed to serve as Leasing Manager, responsible for space leasing in MLP Group’s projects located in Central Poland. She has several years of professional experience in leasing commercial space. Previously, she was with Cushman & Wakefield, working as a Negotiator in their Industrial & Logistics Agency. In that role, she was responsible for advising on warehouse and industrial space leases, seeking and maintaining contacts with new clients, tenants and property developers within the region of Central Poland.

Paweł Reszczyński has been appointed as Senior Land Acquisition Manager. He graduated from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences majoring in Spatial Planning, and the Management Academy of Applied Sciences in Warsaw. At MLP Group, he will be in charge of acquiring and preparing land for future developments. He is a real estate expert with eight years of professional experience spanning the infrastructure and industrial sectors. Most recently, he was with Panattoni Europe, where his main fields of expertise included land banking for logistics projects, exploring and evaluating potential warehouse locations, legal due diligence and project permitting.

Zuzanna Pukaluk has taken on the role of Project Manager. She graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology as a civil engineer. At MLP Group, she will have comprehensive project management responsibility from conceptual phase to delivery of completed projects. She is a project management professional with eight years of experience covering commercial real estate, gained at Panattoni Europe as well as other entities.

Mateusz Sobczak has been appointed Project Manager. He is a civil engineer and graduate of the Wrocław University of Technology. He will have comprehensive project management responsibility from conceptual phase to delivery of completed projects. He can boast over 13 years of experience in managing projects, spanning the general contractor, project owner and property developer perspectives. His credentials include work for 7R S.A., among other entities.

Szymon Grochowski is joining MLP Group as the new Land Acquisition Manager. He is a graduate of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, where he majored in Spatial Planning. He also completed postgraduate studies in Project Management at the Warsaw School of Economics, and is currently pursuing a two-year postgraduate Master of Business Administration programme at Leon Kozminski Academy. His professional track record in managing property development projects and land acquisition goes back eight years. Most recently with Panattoni Europe, he led investment projects and the search for industrial properties to accommodate logistics centres and warehouse facilities. Prior to that, he excelled as an expansion specialist at Dino Polska S.A., securing administrative permits and acquiring commercial properties.

MLP Group is experiencing rapid expansion across four countries: Poland, Germany, Austria, and Romania. It is the Group’s standard to have all new projects BREEAM certified as Excellent or Very Good, or as DGNB Gold or Platinum (in Germany and Austria). MLP Group’s activities are focused on environmental sustainability and achieving a net zero carbon footprint.

All projects undertaken by MLP Group are distinguished by very attractive locations of the logistics parks, application of built-to-suit solutions, and support given to tenants during the lease term.
